We launched this project primarily in response to the many consumers who expressed a strong desire to become homeowners but were having a difficult time getting financing, particularly for cheap flats in Kenya and apartments for sale in Kenya. This gave us the idea to create a home project that can accommodate a wide variety of needs. Given Kenya’s current economic climate, obtaining financial facilities has grown more challenging, and the associated processes are frequently time-consuming. Our conviction that everyone should have the chance to own a house motivates us to provide accessible and reasonably priced housing alternatives.

Our payment plans have been thoughtfully created to be both flexible and accommodating, making participation possible for customers with a range of financial situations. We work to make homeownership a possibility even in Kenya’s difficult economic environment by streamlining the process and providing assistance at every turn.
